How is the refund procedure going:
Attention! Orders completed individually are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The first option when paying by transfer
Please note that due to the holidays, money for the refund of the order may be credited to your account later.
An item of proper quality can be returned, provided that it has not been used and has retained all its consumer properties, within 14 days of purchase. If the goods are returned of inadequate quality after the examination and the fact of the defect has been established, we will refund the cost of the goods and postage.

  2. Our manager will contact you for further refund processing.
  3. After receiving the parcel, we will check the product for appearance and quality. Upon receipt of the product in the same form as when it was sent, we will refund your money within 5 days.
Items purchased out of stock must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. After checking the integrity of the product, we will exchange the product for the desired one.
  1. Write to us in private messages and describe the reason for the refund.
  2. Next, we will select a convenient shipping method and arrange delivery.
  3. After receiving the parcel, we will check the product for appearance and quality. Upon receipt of the product in the same form as when it was sent, we will refund your money within 5 days.
